  1. I really enjoyed doing these short intense sets. Each one was over before 'the pain' kicked in. It was great to see people lifting such heavy weights and givin' er on the rowers and burpees.

    I am stoked that I was able to do all of my powerclean/burpee sets in under a minute - as it used to take me more than a minute to simply do 10 burpees. I am still in awe of those of you who could do them in under 40 seconds. Maybe one day...
