So... any comments from people who've a history of less than desirable cholesterol results (from a mainstream perspective)? I always get high cholesterol alerts whenever I get bloodwork done. PLUS I'm able to convince myself - on a fairly regular basis - that I've developed some disease or syndrome or malady. The unfortunate mix of misguided medicine, my simple, hypochondrial mind, and www.webmd.com has resulted in painfully short fingernails. Any suggestions? Tracy - who's your nail girl?
Cory, Have your doctor check your C-reactive protein levels. This is a marker for inflammation. Also, you can get particle size of your ldl checked too. Light and fluffy is what you want versus hard and dense
I'm convinced! Those Greenspot cinnamon buns are evil.
