Beginners: @ 32X2 5, 5, 5; rest 3 min

Advanced: 3, 3, 3, 3; rest 4 min.

B. For TIme:
3 rounds of:
15 push press 85 / 125 lbs
25 KB Swings 35/50 lbs
and then one, 800 meter run
