Darci, why do we only practice back levers? Is there a progression from back to front levers? Just curious.See you tomorrow. Tamara
Back levers are way easier than front levers. Once you can actually do a flat tuck back lever then you can progress to a front lever.

Great work tonight 5.30 and 6.30 crews!! I was super impressed with the presses, they looked really solid/strong!!!! Was great to see..
Thanks Darci, Great workouts tonight. I think I'm ready for a PB in the press.... if only I could just stop being a bad archer and keep my ribcage down.
Tamara, The body line drills and handstands will make you way stronger through the midline.
