REMINDERS PLUS MEAT

JUST A REMINDER THAT ON TUESDAY THERE IS A GYMNASTICS CLASS AT 7:30 PM. ALL ARE WELCOME.

THURSDAY THERE IS A YOGA CLASS WITH SUPER DUPER BRETT AT 7 PM.

AND, FINALLY, THERE IS LIVER AND HEART FOR ANYONE INTERESTED. THESE ARE THE ORGAN MEATS FROM OUR FLUX CATTLE. (I will set some aside for Traci and Caitie but other than that it is free for the taking).

THERE IS ABOUT 200 LBS OF BEEF FOR SALE. THE COST IS 4 BUCKS A POUND.

    this beef is completly grass fed and no drugs at all
