sandbag run x 200 meters
KB Snatch x 20 (10 per side)

  1. Another fun wod. I'm going to head into CFR and try this one out. I kind of suck at rope climbing but we'll see how it goes. Not sure about the KB snatch so I'll try it at 35lbs and see if my shoulder plays ball with me. Digging the programming you folks put together for Flux.

  2. Hopefully this is an ok place to post what I did outside of Flux. BTW...leya has our cheques and I'll bring them by tomorrow.

    Well I used 165 for the FS and managed 6-6-7 so either I should have gone lighter or someone needed to be there to push me a bit more. Either way it was tough. The mat wasn't there for the rope climbs so I subbed 10 DHPU.

    Part B was a slow affair. My calves were cramping so it was more of a job than a run. I used 35lb for the KB snatch and the 2nd round was better than the 1st round since my shoulders were warmed up. Again really slow as it took me 7 minutes for the 2 rounds.
