Advanced: support position on rings, 2-5 reps; 1 min
Intermediate: 1-5 push-ups on rings x 3; rest 1 min.
Beginner: either 1-7 push-ups x 3 sets; or, 1 negative for 5 sec, rest 10 sec x 2 reps; rest 1 min.
