Max - 10 to 25 lbs, 2 reps x 3 sets; rest 2 min.

Anaerobic Alactic Power
3 tough power cleans
5 Box Jumps 32/26 " (note the change in height from Sept)
Rest 4 min.
5 sets

In your rest do 30 sec bodyline on stomach and 30 sec on back once.

    Kim hit 240lb.
