  1. Congrats to all the Flux athletes who came out and worked out hard in the WOD and Gymnastics classes!

    It was fun to get on a serious sweat on with Rudi, Terri, Tamara, and Rod! Thanks for the push to join in!

    The second class rocked it! Lots of new folks (Jess, Carla, and Denis) kept up strong with Arielle, Matt, Chris, and Ernesta who kept a solid and consistent pace throughout all the rounds!

    In the gymnastics class, our athletes learned some new animal walks (the ostrich and the horse), moved to new heights on their bridges, made some serious gains on pull ups and ring dips and then finished off with some walkovers. Yep, that's right walkovers! I love watching folks surprise themselves with what they are capable of over and over again at our gym!

    Coach Darci's focus on movement complexity in the Flux programming is changing our lives for the better!
