A. In 15 minutes, build to a 2 rep max clean and jerk.
Beginners: 5, 3, 3, 3

B. 4 rounds for time:
10 pull-ups
10 thrusters 65/95
20 double unders

  1. A shout out to Leanne and Sandi who both clean and jerked 125 lbs for 2 reps. THis was the first time either had done the full clean and jerk. Prior to that they had been doing the two movements separately, plus quite a bit of technique work- clean grip deadlifts, jerk balances, etc.
