A. Deadlifts
Beginners: @ 22X2, 7 reps x 3 sets
Intermediate and Advanced: @ 12X1, 3 reps x 5 sets
rest 4 minutes between sets

B. 1 power clean + 1 push press + 1 Push jerk at 90-95% of your push press 1RM
10 burpees AFAP
rest 60 sec
7 sets
