Gymnastics




At Gymnastics this week we worked on static muscle up transitions, and parallette bar press to handstands.

    This was the first time I was able to attend the gymnastics class and it was fantastic! Thanks Darci!

    I look forward to continuing to work through the muscle up progressions. Achieving a static muscle-up is one of my new 2011 goals.

    Thanks to all those fluxers who came out. It's encouraging to work this stuff with such a fabulous group!
