A1. Pull-ups
Beginners: 2-3 reps @ 52X5 > 5 sets
Advanced: weighted 2-3 reps @ 12X1 > 5 sets

A2. Back Levers, tuck or flat tuck, 6 sec hold, 5 sets

B. 7 sets of:
45 sec burpees
45 sec KB swings (Russian style)
rest 2 minutes
