A. Anaerobic Lactic Power

On a one minute clock, do:
10 thrusters 85/125 lbs
AMRAP kipping pull-ups
rest 5 min
5 sets

B. Run 400 meters @ 90%
walk rest 4 min
3 sets

  2. Yes, they should be unbroken and as fast as possible. It is only one minute of hard work, so make it tough but not impossible.

  4. This was really tough. With the heat I did not want to do the last round. I think I got 19-18-16-5-15 but I'm not sure. 68? give or take a few. I had an epic all system fail on round four.

  5. The first two sets were the most painful for me - it takes me a long time to feel warmed up, especially with thrusters...

    Today's WOD is my favorite kind. I prefer the Anaerobic over aerobic type WOD.

  6. Well the good part is that the thrusters felt ok although they were probably too light but I cramped up in the 5th set jumping for the bar. So no runs for me. I'm learning exactly how inflexible I really am. I'm learning some really cool stretches in warmup that I've never used before.
