  1. Way to go, lunch crew! Way to push through the heat. Congrats to Heidi who got a new PR on her push press- 100lbs!

  2. I'm not sure where to start. I'm just getting some mobility back so I kept the PP light at 95lbs. It's getting better bit by bit.

Now, the rowing. This had to have been the single most disgusting wod I've ever had the pleasure of participating in. I managed to keep the sprints fairly consistent at 1:48 and I rowed 2450 and 2380 meters respectively.

I really wanted to quit but I was rowing beside a pregnant lady soooo that would have looked real bad. I'm so sorry I missed your name and the other fellow but you guys did great!

  3. I was so sweaty by the time I finished that last row that I thought I had peed myself.

  4. Oh yeah, hit my 1RM of 145lbs so worked with 130 for my sets. Rowing was awful and I was sporadic through the whole thing, increasing and decreasing my distances as my mood fluctuated between "keep going, you're doing great!" and "I just want to die".

2403m and 1376m. Clearly consistency isn't my thing.
