MONDAY, APRIL 19 WOD

A. STRENGTH
SQUATS
Week 3
75% working 1RM x 5
85% working 1 RM x 3
95% working 1RM x 1 or more

B. SKILLS
work on HSPU

C. MET CON
In 3 minutes, do 15 jumping squats, followed by a 400m run. With the remaining time do max reps of toe to bar.
4 Rounds
No rest in between rounds.
Count total number of toe to bar for score.
