A. Front Squats
Beginner: @ 31x2, 5, 5, 5; rest 3 min.

Advanced: 30x0, 2, 2, 2, 2; rest 3 min.

B. Run 400 meters
rest 3-4 min
Repeat 5 times. All at 90% intensity.
