Beginners: 22x2, 3 sets of 5 reps
Advanced: 22x2, 3 sets of 2-3 reps

A2. Back Levers
2 reps, rest 30 sec between reps, 3 sets

B. For Time:
5 double unders AFAP
3 squat cleans 65/95 lbs
7 sets
Absolutely no resting.

Active rest for 6 minutes

For Time:
3 KB Swings 35/50 lbs
3 burpees
7 sets
Absolutely no resting

Active Rest for 6 minutes

For Time:
5 chin-ups
5 box jumps 20/24 "
6 sets
