A. Strength
Advanced - Do two rope climbs every 90 sec x 5
Beginner - Pick a combination of reps and sets and do pull-ups on the minute.
B. In any order:
50 Knee to Elbows
50 squats
50 box jumps
50 d.u.
50 push-ups
50 kb swings
50 ball slams
C. Ido Prep
I like this workout, chippers are my favourite, I like getting through something and not having to come back to it, nice change. Sad I won't be there tonight, will maybe do it another time.. Have fun!!
