The Chief - AGAIN!
It seems everyone was out doing yardwork and enjoying their non Fluxing friends and family yesterday, because it was dead at the gym. So, we are doing the same wod as yesterday, The Chief!
A. Front Squats
Beginners: @ 20x2, 5, 5, 5
Intermediate: 3, 3, 3, 3
Advanced: 1 Rep max, down 20 lbs for 2 reps x 3 sets
B. "The Chief"
AMRAP in 3 minutes of
3 power cleans 85/135 lbs
6 push-ups
9 squats
5 rounds
Rest 1 minute between rounds.
If you were at the gym yesterday, do Back Squats.
And then:
B. HELEN
400 meter run
21 KB Swings 35/55
12 pull-ups
3 Rounds for time
