A. Front Squats
Beginners: @ 20x2, 5, 5, 5
Intermediate: 3, 3, 3, 3
Advanced: 1 Rep max, down 20 lbs for 2 reps x 3 sets

B. "The Chief"

AMRAP in 3 minutes of 
3 power cleans 85/135 lbs
6 push-ups
9 squats

 5 rounds
Rest 1 minute between rounds.
