I guess you don't really need tape to run, but if you did, you could use the fancy new stretchy tape! I just got it today and it seems pretty cool (and yes, I have some on my thumb right now). With duties and taxes it came to a bit more than I expected, but it's still pretty decent. ($4.76/ roll) I'll bring the box by the gym as soon as I can, and everyone can try it! Is anyone as excited as I am?
