B. For Time:
800 meter run
KB Swing x 25 reps 35/50 lbs
Push Jerk x 7-15 reps 105/155 lbs

rest 7 min

C. For Time:
Row 1000 meters
25 Renegade Rows 25/40 lbs
One renegade row is 1 push-up, pull to the left side and pull to the right side.

  1. Part A: Finally got a hspu to two 15lb plates! One 15lb plate here I come.

    Part B: 8:23 with 50lb kb and 95lb pj. Still uncomfortable on the way down. Not sure how to get rid of that nagging pain. We all pretty much came in at 4:00 on tje run and I got to touch the beaver for the first time. Heh.

    Part C: 12:34 with 40lb kb. This part sucked real hard.

  2. A: Hitting my head way less harder on my HSPU negatives ;)

    B: 9:01 with 50lb kb and 145lb pj - probably too heavy as I had to drop the bar 5 6 7? times

    C: 12:something, I gave up after 13 renegade rows at 35lb, just couldn't hold a plank any longer - had something to do with the prehab work the night before I think ;)

  3. A: Did my first ever HSPU and got down to 1 45 lb plate. Fun stuff!

    B: 7:52 with 45lb KB swings and 95lb Push Jerk. This was tough!

    c: 8:36 with 20lb KB's on the rows.

    Great work out!!
