I find making sure I have and keeping the hollow difficult to remember when I'm inverted on the rings (unless a coach is reminding me). It all makes sense but when I'm upside down it feels like there are so many thing to think through and remember, the hollow is the first to be forgotten. This causes the execution of the movement (lever, handstand, etc.) whether static or transitioning to fail.
Thanks for the videos Darci.
