WARM UP

A. At the top of every minute, please do 5 burpees. In remaining time, do AMRAP kipping chest to bar pull ups until you hit 75 reps. Time cap is 10 minutes.

Rest 10 minutes:

B. Every 5 minutes x 5 sets:
Sled push as far as possible 90/180 lbs in 60 sec.
Scale the fence as efficiently as possible.
Atlas stone over the object x 12 reps
