B. This is a creatine phosphate workout. Find your inner work horse and leave the race horse behind. If 5 hspu is too easy, use parallettes.
AMRAP in 20 MIN:
5 hspu
5 weighted pull-ups 15/35 lbs
7 front squats 125/165 lbs
