  3. Last night I tried a Cirque-de-Soleil move when I was squating 195lbs. Thanks to Cory and Ryan for some good spotting and great commentary afterwards.

    Sometimes it's good to know when to stay relaxed and just go with the flow on those lifts - hands or no hands!
