Intermediate: 3, 3, 3, 3, 3
Advanced: Daily Max, then 1 set of doubles
B. AMRAP in 20 minutes
10 thrusters 105/155 lbs
5 weighted pull ups (does not need to be unbroken)
either 30 sec freestanding handstand or 60 shoulder taps
