Beginners: 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
Intermediate: 3, 3, 3, 3, 3
Advanced: Daily Max, down 15 to 20 lbs for 2 sets of 2 reps

B. Row 350 meters
     15 burpees
     40 double unders

Rest 5 minutes
4 sets
