B. On a three minute clock:
15 thrusters 65/95 bs
15 box jumps 20/24"
15 Kettlebell Swings 35/55 lbs American
15 burpees
With the remaining time, do AMRAP kipping pull-ups.
Rest 1 minute
Repeat
Beginners should reduce the reps.
