Take 10 minutes to work on technique.

A. Snatch High Pulls - 2 reps every 45 seconds x 7 sets.  Heavy but manageable.


B. 30 seconds of ring dips
     rest 15 sec.
     30 seconds of KB Swings 35/50 lbs.
     rest 15 sec
     30 sec of support hold
     rest 2 minutes
    4 sets

C. Step Behinds x 5 reps
     Cossack Insertions x 5 reps each direction
     2 sets
