Intermediate and advanced: @ 40x1, 3-4 reps x 4 sets


B. AMRAP Power Cleans in 60 sec @ 115/165 lbs
     Rest 60 sec.
     AMRAP strict HSPU in 60 sec
     Rest 2 minutes.
     5 sets
