Beginners - Do 5 sets of 4 reps on the minute.
Intermediate - Do static pull-ups 5 5 5 5

B. 4 Round For Max Pull-Ups (90 sec each)
10 thrusters 65/95 lbs
Max Rep Pull-Ups
Rest 45 sec Between Rounds
