This is an absolute gem of a blog from Kelly Starrett. Charity and I took Kelly Starrett's Movement and Mobility Certification in Chico, California. This guy knows his stuff. Kelly has a Ph.D in Physical Therapy and has worked with numerous professional and high performance athletes. He has a great ability to take complex concepts and break them down into an easy to follow language. This blog introduces you to stretches that will take up to 10 minutes a day. Follow them. Better mobility means less injury and less pain.
