Rebecca's one year flux CrossFit Anniversary

This is a visual testament to what happens when you stick to the CrossFit program. Rebecca trains 3-4 times a week and she follows a mostly paleo diet. CrossFit is not meant to be a quick fix. What CrossFit does do is introduce you to lifelong fitness and an improved quality of life.
Congratulations Rebecca on all of your accomplishments. And thanks Rob for the great photos.
