3 sets of 3 reps KB or Barbell

B. Conditioning
7 Rounds
9 x KB Snatches 35 / 50 lbs (9 in each arm)
9 x jumping barbell squats (30% of your 1RM back squat)
9 x push-ups

  1. Just for the record.... I really didn't like this one. And yet.... and yet.... once I finished I was enormously chuffed with my accomplishment. My new flux challenge: not to be so resistant to the workout before I begin. It's so hard not being a workout curmudgeon.
