A. 400 meter run
21 OHS 75 /115 lbs
5 *KB renegade rows 35 / 50 lbs
400 meter run
15 OHS 75 /115 lbs
5 KB renegade rows 35 / 50 lbs
9 OHS 75 /115 lbs
5 KB renegade rows 35 / 50 lbs

*For the renegade rows leave out the push-up at the bottom (5 left and 5 right).

B. Skills
Beginner: 10 Pistols (10 per leg)
Advanced: Do OH Pistols or KB Pistols
