Congratulations to Leona for her big leap in the OHS from 22 lbs to 42 lbs! Leona has made HUGE improvements in her squat and and OHS. Bravo Leona!

ReplyDeleteI loved this workout! I managed to keep it all in good time except for the first round - I dropped the bar after my snatch! Kept it up and right into the OHS on the last four rounds though ... now if I can just increase the weight to 95lbs for this one and keep the quick time ,,,
