A. Snatch Balance
Advanced: Take 50-60 % of max snatch and do 3 sets x 5 reps
Beginners: 2-3 position x 2 reps/position x 2 reps x 5 sets


B.  5 Rounds for Time:
     OHS x 9 95/135 lbs
     Double Unders x 40
