A. Bench Press
Advanced and Intermediate - Find your 1 RM and then do 2 reps x 2 sets at 10-7 kg less.

Beginner - Continue with Poliquin Prescription
@ 31x1 x 4 sets

Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

B.   5 Rounds for Time:
      Chest to Bar kipping pull ups x 20
      Front Squats x 10 115/155 lbs
      Double Unders x 40
