I'm pretty happy with how I'm improving on my clean and jerk. Doing "Grace" this time around I felt stronger and more efficient in my movement. I even reduced my "Grace" time by 2.5 minutes bringing it down to 5 minutes.
I'm sure the time reduction came because I was more confident and I didn't move away from the bar as much when it was on the ground. Walking away from the bar to rest was a habit I was really trying to break. And I did. (I remembered this b/c of the reminder I wrote to myself in my book. Taking my cue from Joan, I'm becoming more and more detailed in my note taking - a good habit.)
Next time I'll up the weight to the required 95lbs and aim for the same time.
