A. Power Clean and Push Jerk
4 sets of 5 reps
First working set should be at approximately 70-75% of your max clean and jerk. This is not meant to be touch and go. Make 3-5 % jumps.
B. 5 Rounds for Time:
Double Unders x 40
Shoulder Taps x 30
Double KB clean x 15 20/35 lbs
