A. Power Clean from blocks
Advanced and Intermediate: In 10 min, go to a heavy 3 rep and do an additional 2 sets at that weight.
Beginner: 5 sets of 5 reps. Go up in weight if your coach gives you the thumb's up.
B. For Time:
20 kipping hspu
50 double unders
16 kiping hspu
40 double unders
12 kipping hspu
30 double unders
8 kipping hspu
20 double unders
4 kipping hspu
10 double unders
2 kipping hspu
