A. Snatch Balance
Advanced: 5 reps in third position @ 50-60% of your max
Intermediate: 5 reps in third position @ 70-80 % of your max
Beginners:  5 reps in second position

At the top of the minute, begin the following for time. Move as fast as possible

thrusters x 20 35/45 lbs
Kipping Toes to Bar x 20
Box Jumps x 20 20/24"

Rest 90 sec.
