Advanced: in 15 minutes find a 1 RM (must do both sides for it to count as a 1RM)
Intermediate: 3, 3, 3, 3
Beginner: 5, 5, 5, 5

Rest only 60 seconds between sets


B. Sprint 200 meters
     2 Rounds for Time:
     KB Swings x 15 35/55 lbs
     Thrusters x 15 65/95
     Sprint 200 meters

Rest 5  minutes
