A. Every 90 sec, FULL snatch x 3 reps and do 3 strict hspu x 7 sets 
Snatch weight - 85/125 lbs.

NOTE: To do prescribed snatch weight you must have a 1RM of 105/145 lbs.
For HSPU, you may elevate head but I want 3 reps.

B. 3 Rounds for Time:
Burpees x 30
Wall Balls x 20
Hang Power Clean x 15 75/105 lbs
