A. Snatch From Blocks:
Advanced/Intermediate: Take 15 minutes to work to a heavy 3 reps. Then, do 4 sets of 3 reps at that weight.
Beginner: 5 sets x 5 reps (power is fine).


B. Cleans x 5@ 75-80% Quickly but execute perfect form
Zero seconds rest
On a 60 sec clock:
Toes to Bar x 15 reps
AMRAP Burpees in remaining time
Rest 2 minutes
5 sets
