A. Snatch from blocks:
Go to a heavy 3 reps and do a total of 4 sets at that weight.
Beginners: 5 reps x 4 sets (power is fine)

B. Spend 15 minutes working on either kipping muscle up or toes to bar.

C. 60 shoulder taps for times

D. 1000 meter row for time
