A. Front Squats
Beginners: @32x2 Session 1, 2 or 3.

Intermediate/Advanced: Session 1, 2 or 3 @ 30x2 x 4 sets

B. Shoulder Taps x AMRAP in 30 sec
     Rest 30 sec.
     V Ups x AMRAP in 30 sec
    Rest 30 sec.
    Jumping air squats x AMRAP in 30 sec
    Rest 30 sec.
   5 sets
