So I am struggling with my kip at the moment and I know the only way to improve is to work at it and force myself to kip in my workout (at the sacrifice of my time)... It is frustrating though, I am bitter that I lost it. This video is great for giving some pointers and it motivates me to get back in there and get it back!!!
Hey Jane, It will improve. Like everything else at CrossFit it is a combination of mental toughness and physical ability. The mental toughness will carry you far.

"Angie" is super hard on the hands and last night I only made it through 70 pull-ups before the ripping began.
ReplyDeleteKudos to Courtney though who made it through all 100 pull-ups in spite of 4 major tears on her right hand!
